About BioResidues ApS
At BioResidues, we facilitate the exchange of side streams from the food industry between those who generate them and those who can utilize them. In some cases, we also offer processing using our separation and drying solutions; this ensures maximum product stability and shelf life, thereby extending the window for using the raw materials.
Furthermore, we facilitate collaborations across the entire value chain and participate in various projects focused on upcycling, bioplastic processing, and more.
As mentioned, we currently have 3.5 tonnes of dried coffee grounds containing coffee oil, and we have the capacity to supply 16 tonnes of brewers spent grains per month, or smaller quantities on a daily basis. We arrange direct delivery from the side-stream producer to the customer requiring the raw materials.
