ROM InWest

As ROM InWest, we help entrepreneurs to strengthen the regional and circular economy in North Holland. We not only support innovative and strong SMEs, but also stimulate the acceleration of the energy transition and the transition to a circular economy. We do this by deploying manpower, network and resources. We supplement missing elements in the ecosystem with available fund capital of approximately 160 million euros. We create a home base for the implementation of government schemes and help entrepreneurs by carrying out business development in the region, through cooperation within the ecosystem. We are also attracting (recovery) resources from the EU, the national government and Invest-NL. ROM InWest forms the connecting link between the policy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and regional economic policy, in which social return predominates. We expect entrepreneurs to have an eye for people and the environment. That is why we mainly support companies that make a positive contribution to the energy transition, circular economy and other innovation challenges.
