By upcycling brewers spent grain, a side stream of beer brewing, rest:art gives the spent grains a second life by upcycling them and use them to make the most sustainable (and tastiest) meat alternatives on the market ! The meat is not only particularly sustainable, but also feature a high protein and fiber content, while doing completely without artificial additives. In this way we are fighting the climate crisis from several sides: We offer a plant-based alternative to meat, prevent the waste of valuable resources and create a circular economy. We also use a regional raw material without long transport routes.
