Experts-Solidaires

Experts-Solidaires is a French non-profit network of volunteer and pro bono experts dedicated to international solidarity. It works with local communities, municipalities, associations, and cooperatives that often do not have the means to access high-level technical support, helping them design, manage, and strengthen projects that address basic needs and local development. The association positions itself as a bridge between the world of solidarity and professional expertise. Its work is grounded in exchange, capacity transfer, independence, transparency, and non-substitution for local dynamics, with a focus on practical, field-based support for populations in precarious situations. Unique Aspects Large volunteer expert network : Experts-Solidaires mobilizes a network of more than 80 experts to support projects across its areas of intervention. Broad international footprint : The association operates in 11 countries across three continents, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Guatemala, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, Palestine, Peru, Senegal, and Togo. Regional delegation model : It has regional delegations in several French regions, with Occitanie as the headquarters, helping it stay close to partners and local solidarity ecosystems. High project funding efficiency : The organization states that 93% of its funds are directly allocated to projects. Partnership-based, non-operating model : Experts-Solidaires does not implement projects as a local operator; instead, it supports locally led initiatives through tailored partnerships and expert accompaniment.
