Experts-Solidaires

Experts Solidaires is a French association dedicated to supporting development projects related to water, sanitation, energy, food security, and waste management. The organization aims to enhance the expertise within solidarity projects for vulnerable populations. It operates as a network of over 80 experts, enabling local communities and cooperatives without resources to access high-quality advice and opinions on solidarity projects specifically targeting those in precarious situations. With a commitment to transparency, 93% of its funds are allocated directly to projects, and financial accounts are audited annually and available upon request. Experts Solidaires works in 11 countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Guatemala, Lebanon, Morocco, Madagascar, Palestine, Peru, Senegal, and Togo, and has 9 regional delegations across France, including its headquarters in the Occitanie Region. The association actively engages in technical and financial partnerships to bolster solidarity projects. Recently, from July 12 to 19, 2024, Experts Solidaires conducted a mission in the West Bank, marking a significant intervention amidst ongoing conflict. Additionally, during the summer of 2023, they hosted a seminar on integrated and sustainable water resource management in the Mediterranean basin.
