Rocket Food | Clean-label chilled plant-based foods
Rocket Food develops and produces chilled, ready-to-eat plant-based foods designed to make plant-based eating an easy part of everyday life.
Our focus is on simple ingredients, clean-label recipes, convenience and great taste, combined with High Pressure Processing (HPP) to achieve food safety and extended refrigerated shelf life without relying on conventional heat treatment or unnecessary preservatives.
Our current international focus is our range of ready-to-eat overnight oats, complemented by chilled soups and hummus.
Rocket Food was established in Bulgaria and is now expanding internationally through Rocket Food BV in the Netherlands, with an initial focus on Benelux and neighbouring European markets.
We are particularly interested in collaboration with:
