Le Collège des Producteurs is a professional structure serving Walloon agricultural and horticultural sectors. It acts as a B2B interface across the food chain, connecting producers, processors, distributors, public bodies, and other stakeholders from upstream to downstream.

Its role is to help structure sectors, support consultation, and disseminate information so that filières can create more value, become more resilient, and operate with greater transparency. The organization is rooted in Wallonia and works across 11 agricultural and horticultural filières, with a governance model designed to reflect the diversity of those sectors.

• Fair remuneration: A recurring objective is to improve value creation for producers and promote fairer commercial relations, notably through the Prix Juste Producteurs approach.

• 11-filière governance model: The organization covers 11 Walloon agricultural and horticultural filières and is composed of 64 members, including 44 producer representatives and 20 other stakeholders.
• Official legal framework: Its composition and functioning are defined by Article D.71 of the Walloon Agricultural Code, giving it a formal public-interest role in sector governance.
• Operational support by Socopro: The Collège relies on an operational team provided by Socopro, which animates filière dynamics, organizes consultation, and follows up on actions and projects.
• Dedicated market-facing initiatives: It runs or supports initiatives such as Interface Producteurs Distributeurs, Easy-Agri, Prix Juste Producteur, Celagri, and a dialogue service for farmers and neighbors.
• Walloon local-food and mediation focus: Its initiatives include work to accelerate the anchoring of local products in Wallonia and a commune-level mediation project on pesticide exposure and coexistence between farmers and residents.
