In this facility there are multiple products available as skid mounted solutions. This makes it very flexible to create a small scale production processing line. It is used to process a base food ingredient and extract proteins, ash / biomass, oil. Heating / cooling, mixing, hydrolyzation using acid or enzymes, extraction using decanters and separators, concentration using membrane and/or evaporation. Hydrolyzed protein concentrates are possible. Final whirl or spray drying is performed offsite at a local dryer provider.
