Its model combines an online ordering platform, a producer shop, and multiple pickup points, with activity focused mainly on communes in the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse area. Key Offerings Online ordering platform : Customers place orders online during the weekly ordering window and collect their products the following Friday at a chosen pickup point. Producer shop : CoopESEM operates a producer shop in Oret where local products are sold directly to consumers. Pickup-point network : The cooperative organizes collection through a network of pickup points across the region, making local products accessible beyond the shop location. B2B local supply : CoopESEM also serves professionals such as public institutions, caterers, and HoReCa customers through business-to-business deliveries. Recipes and product inspiration : The cooperative shares recipes that showcase its products and help customers use them in everyday cooking. Expanded local infrastructure : In 2025, CoopESEM moved to Oret and installed its new shop, warehouse, and offices there, strengthening its operational base.
