• Equity stake in PhycoFerm: NXW took an equity stake in Algarve-based PhycoFerm to formalize a joint R&D strategy for strain development, strengthening its biological asset pipeline across microalgae generations I and II.
• Japan market development with Nissei Kyoeki: NXW deepened its joint development agreement with Nissei Kyoeki, which began testing Marine Whey with customers and committed to co-investment plus purchase and distribution of 2,000 tonnes in Japan.
