5 keynote speakers will share their experiences with Novel food, because it plays a significant role in facilitating the protein transition. However, many challenges arise when working with novel food.

Before the presentations start, you can join a guided tour through the Cosun Innovation Center (14.00 p.m.). We will end this exciting session with a networking part from 17.00-18.00 p.m. with drinks and bites.
