Invest International is a state-owned investment firm established in 2021, focused on providing financial services including investment, accounting, and diverse portfolios. The firm assists Dutch businesses and partner governments in foreign markets with finance solutions. Governed by the Ministry of Finance (51% shareholder) and FMO (49%), Invest International manages funds entrusted from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, adhering to Dutch legislation, supervisory body guidelines, and internal regulations. The firm's governance structure, which aligns with Dutch corporate governance principles, features a two-tier board consisting of a management board, a supervisory board, and two advisory committees: the audit and risk committee, and the HR committee.
