Headquartered in Yukou Town, Pinggu District, Beijing, Beijing Jingwa Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "Jingwa Center") is a non-governmental and non-profit organization jointly initiated by China Agricultural University, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Foods Group Co., Ltd., New Hope Group Co., Ltd, and Beijing Jingdong Shangke Information Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the requirements of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Municipal Government on agricultural science and technology innovation. It is basedon the "Golden Triangle" model of government, research institutions and enterprises and supervised by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs（BMBARA). As the core engine of the Agricultural Zhongguancun in Pinggu District, Jingwa Center collaborates closely with universities and enterprises to carry out in-depth cooperation in production, research, and education. It has established a public innovation platform. Currently, there are eight innovation teams from research institutions such as the National Academy of Agriculture Green Development, College of Animal Science and Technology, College of Horticulture of China Agricultural University, Institute of Environmental Development of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing Agricultural College, and more than ten R&D institutions from enterprises such as Modern Farming, CP Fruit, Jixing Agriculture, Xmeats Technology, Aikenong, and Eastern Bell have settled in Jingwa Center platform and carried out innovative work.
