Elfique is a Belgian craft brewery based in Aywaille, in the Province of Liège, with roots in the Ourthe-Amblève region. It began in 2005 in an old family farm in Sur la Heid, where the project combined local heritage, artisanal brewing, and the revival of an old building. Over time, the brewery moved to Raborive on the banks of the Amblève to meet growing demand and now operates a modern, semi-automated production site. The brewery positions itself as a maker of high-quality, traditional Belgian beers with a distinctive identity built around local legends and a “taste of mystery.” Its beers are brewed with spring water, local barley malt, Belgian hops, and selected yeasts, and the range is presented as both easy to drink and flavourful, with styles spanning blonde, amber, dark, white, IPA, and specialty beers. Elfique also serves visitors and professionals through brewery tours, events, hospitality spaces, and B2B production support.
