Food Tech Brainport is a Dutch food-innovation ecosystem and network organization based in Helmond. It connects food processors, technology providers, research and education institutions, and other partners to help the food-processing industry develop and scale new solutions. Its mission is framed around a future-proof food industry with less waste and healthier food for everyone. The organization positions itself as a gateway to process and product optimization, supporting companies that want to improve ingredients, processes, and market readiness through collaboration, applied research, and access to technology and facilities. Foundation and BV structure : The organization consists of Stichting Food Tech Brainport and Food Tech Brainport BV, with the foundation holding 100% of the shares in the BV.
