Rebread Sp. z o.o. is a Cracow-based startup focused on reducing bread waste by transforming it into a valuable raw material. We aim to revolutionize bakery management by developing sustainable and profitable B2B solutions. We believe that surpluses and side streams from bread production can be effectively utilized through proper pre-processing, enabling innovative industrial applications. By 2040, Rebread envisions a supply chain free of bread waste, significantly lowering resource consumption and environmental impact while reducing production costs. We create marketable products across European regions by offering recipes and implementing technologies for SME bakeries struggling with surplus and advise large companies about the upcycling potential of their bakery waste. Rebread validates product concepts through practical tests in own laboratory, subsequently scaling them with biotechnological licenses. Operating in Spain, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner, meeting project deadlines and providing high-quality research.
