Founded in 1981 in Apremont by Mr. and Mrs. Petitgas and now managed by Patrice Rautureau, our Vendée family business produces and markets "Jambon de Vendée", the company's flagship, throughout France. The 3rd largest ham in France, Jambon de Vendée was recognized as a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) in 2014. We have developed a wide range of traditional products (roasts, pâtés, and rillons from Vendée) and hams for grilling or frying to satisfy all lovers of charcuterie! We are offering a new product: the BIO range, pork from organic farming and of French origin, thanks to which we guarantee respect for nature, humans, and animals. Our group works according to values that are dear to it: respect, pride, trust, pleasure, and the transmission of our know-how. Every day, our 250 employees work to satisfy consumers' taste buds!
