Arno Basin Water Resilience Lab
Water stewardship initiative under Kering’s Water-Positive Strategy, starting in the Arno Basin (Tuscany), a key leather tanning hub. Targets include a 21% reduction in water withdrawals in the basin by 2030 and 35% across all Kering-owned tanneries by 2035, alongside improved wastewater quality. Through mandatory supplier engagement and the creation of Water Resilience Labs, Kering aims to deliver measurable net positive water impacts by 2035 and achieve full net water-positive impact by 2050.
