It was formed in early 2024 by several actors who joined forces to take over a 100% organic cutting facility in Strée-Beaumont that was at risk of closing. After several months of structuring, the AFSCA-approved workshop began operating in early 2025.

The company serves both professionals and private customers, offering organic, Walloon meat products and custom cutting services. Its positioning is rooted in short supply chains, local processing, and artisanal quality, with an emphasis on meat that comes directly from the farm to the plate.
