De Smaakspecialist develops, produces and distributes sustainable food products. We sincerely believe in the power of organic food and its positive impact on human health and the world. With attention and love for people, animals and nature, we make the most beautiful organic products for the supermarket shelf, largely under our own brands such as Smaak, BioToday and RAW Organic Food. We do this with a clear vision in an enthusiastic team of colleagues. We would like to give you a glimpse into our (organic) kitchen. At the end of 2018, De Smaakspecialist obtained its B Corp sustainability certification. The Smaakspecialist therefore meets strict requirements in the field of socially and environmentally conscious entrepreneurship, transparency and liability. The certification was not a goal in itself for De Smaakspecialist, but it is a nice confirmation that we contribute to a better world on all fronts. Every day we make an impact, with a big or a small step; we make organic food prints. Organic food is in our DNA and that is how we want to leave a positive food print on the earth. An imprint that respects the earth instead of depleting it. But we only really make a difference if we make organic food prints together with as many people as possible. That is why we share our knowledge and inspire thousands of people every day through the Kids Trial lesson program, the pop-up concept BioProeflokaal and the online food community Organic Kitchen.
