Food Organisation of Denmark

Food Organisation of Denmark (FOOD) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering networks, learning, and visibility within the gastronomic sector. FOOD connects and showcases leaders, innovators, developers, and those with a green vision in the food industry. Their work encompasses concept development, festivals, consulting, and communication related to food and meals. FOOD is involved in various projects, including the KISMET initiative, which focuses on circular economy and food innovation, and the 'Grøn velsmag som sund forretning' project, offering support to Danish eateries in developing and implementing green dishes. Additionally, FOOD has received funding from Tuborgfondet to launch the three-year pilot project 'Morgendagens Madtalenter,' aimed at supporting young food entrepreneurs in Denmark.
