About ONE\THIRD

ONE\THIRD is a Danish think tank focused on preventing and reducing food waste and food loss across the entire food chain, from farm to fork. It brings together companies, public authorities, researchers, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to develop nationwide programs, research, and initiatives that support practical action on food waste.

The organization is aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 12.3 and works to strengthen Denmark’s role as a leader in food waste prevention. It also aims to create tangible impact in Danish society while sharing know-how with international partners to support broader change beyond Denmark.
