Fou Food Lab is a food technology company founded by Ivana Mik, specializing in the development of food products and processes with a focus on fermentation. As a one-woman operation, Mik offers her expertise as a creative food scientist to help clients develop new products or enhance existing ones. Her educational background includes a master's in Food Biotechnology and Biorefinery from Wageningen University, complemented by hands-on experience at the fermentation lab of renowned restaurant Noma in Copenhagen.
