De Nieuwe Keuken

We don't have to explain to you that things aren't going very well with the climate. How we eat affects that. A lot of influence. In De Nieuwe Keuken we therefore let go of the idea that meat is the center of your dish and give vegetables the leading role they deserve. In imitating meat, many meat substitutes focus on the proteins their products offer. But instead, it's vegetables that we actually lack. 80% of the Dutch eat too little vegetables. The Dutch eat only 131 grams of vegetables per day, while the advice is to eat at least 200 grams of vegetables per day. Most Dutch people consume more protein than necessary. This also applies to vegetarians and athletes. The Nieuwe Keuken replaces meat with vegetables. And that's good for you.
