About HØSTET HØSTET is Denmark's first organic sea buckthorn plantation, established in 2010 by Camilla and Mads Meisner. Located on the island of Bornholm, the plantation has grown from an initial 450 plants to approximately 3,500 bushes. Committed to organic farming, HØSTET received its certification in May 2013. The company began food production in 2014, offering over ten different sea buckthorn products. HØSTET emphasizes the use of clean ingredients and good taste, striving to utilize as much of the berry and bush as possible. Their product range includes: Sea Buckthorn Marmalade : A creamy spread with a balance of sweetness and tartness, perfect for cheeses, breads, cakes, and desserts.
